Hafler recently played host to its domestic rep force for two days of training that took them through the company's product lines as well as tours through the company's extensive engineering and amplifier production facilities. The group also had the opportunity to visit the Tempe-based Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in order to see Hafler equipment being used in real world, state-of-the-art surround sound applications.
"It's important that our reps, who are our voices out in the field, know Hafler's history and backing by our parent company, Rockford Corporation (NASDAQ symbol: ROFO), beyond simply our product lines," explains Brad Tabor, Hafler's national sales manager. "There is a story to tell that explains why Hafler's power amplifiers are an industry standard and why our powered monitors are among the most popular in the industry."
Explains Gary Marshank of Marshank Sales Company (Los Angeles), "The high level of automation and quality control and Hafler's ability to catch and rectify any problems in manufacturing quickly was extremely impressive." Marshank adds, "We also found Hafler's specifications to be even more conservative than we thought. The visit to the Conservatory gave us a chance to gain new insight into the accuracy of Hafler's powered monitors."
